The invited pilot is for UK hospitality staff aged 18 or over, with an eligible personal Stripe account. Leave your email below to request early access. Places are reviewed manually.
Do customers need an app or account?
No. Customers scan your QR or open your link in their browser, choose an amount and continue to Stripe's hosted checkout.
What does it cost?
Sendit's platform fee is £0 during the pilot. Stripe deducts processing fees from the tip; customers pay the amount they choose. Read the fee details.
When does the money reach my bank?
Stripe pays your connected bank account according to its payout schedule. A received tip and a completed bank payout are separate events. Verification, bank processing, refunds and disputes can affect timing and amounts. How payments work.
Can I use this at my workplace?
Check your employer's tipping policy first. Sendit is for personal tips to the named worker, rather than employer-controlled or shared tip collections. Read the pilot terms.
